He started off friendly, but became rather rude quickly. He has came by my place 3 times now and has been late every time, on the 3rd time he left my dryer completely opened up and he said the part he needed was at his shop and he was too tired to finish it. He offered a refund, which I currently haven't received as well as he texted me stating I need to remove my review in order to receive my refund.
I have bought two window ac from them in the last 5yrs. They only last till 3rd season. all they sell is junk anymore.

Extremely unprofessional! A part broke on my Samsung refrigerator. Samsung sent out David Quick Appliances to handle the diagnosis & repair. After 3 months of ME attempting to follow up with them, (meanwhile, they dodged all of my calls, voicemails, and ultimately blamed Samsung for their ineptitude), I finally got so frustrated, I contacted Samsung to report them. The "final straw" (and what predicated my report to Samsung) occurred with Mary Quick (the wife). I explained to her my frustration in trying to get a hold of them - her response: "We have tons of customers and following up with each one would be impossible."She then tried to tell me "They were doing me a courtesy by not charging me for the part." This is a lie - as confirmed by Samsung - my fridge was still under warranty. Bottom line: Don't do business with these people. They are rude, argumentative, and deceptive. Go somewhere else while "David & Mary Slow" get their act together...
Rude, very argumentative and did not show up when scheduled. Gave me a hard time with my extended warranty. Do not use! They are not the only Samsung repair company in town.
Walked in on Saturday, spent about 15 minutes in the store. David negotiated pricing with me, as I was on a budget, so I could afford both a washer and a dryer. Paid for delivery; it was delivered on the specified date (the following Thursday). David helped me remove the bathroom door in order to bring in the washer and dryer, and put it back for me. Told me that even though I had a 15 day warranty, I could call him after that if there was any problems and he wouldn't charge me to have someone come look at it. I had a very pleasant experience, and would recommend Wholesale Appliance to anyone on a budget.
After reading great review about this service on their website decide to make an emergency call during 2 days october 19 and 20.websute ssid that all city appliances is working on Sunday from 9a.m. till 11p.m. I made several calls on their primary phone number and 888 number. Lady transfered me to local number and I made appointment only for Thursday October 24. Because we are booked till Thursday , said technichian.He wrote all my information, answered questions about payment and said You all are set for Thursday from 9-12. When I called on Thursday .October 24 to confirm an appointment voice said that I never made an appointment with themm and they not working on Sunday like Website says and he can not send me any technichian because he does not have any now. Web site now can not be found , I hope that they change this website. . irresponsible people with fake website. Fake reviews.Dont call them
Great furniture, at an incredible price! So easy to deal with, got my furniture delivered the next day! Perfect for my situation, College student, away from home, renting was better than buying expensive furniture and moving it every year. Great experience with this company, I recommend this to everyone thinking about renting or even buying furniture!
Bought a washer took it home worked a day.Tried same model in store didn't run.Got a different kind lasted 3 mths.Got another lasted 2 mths. Waiting till to get replacement using laundry mat for two weeks.New ones come in. and David won't resvere one for us in two days only old washers left.Thank god for year warranty that only last a year from the FIRST washer.Wish I went somewhere else.
I bought as is dryer from David a week later it stopped working. David was very nice had no problems he swapped out the dryer. The new dryer works great.
BUYER BEWARE! They do not stand behind anything they sell. As a property manager we purchased a refrigerator for one of our units. Within 3 days, the shelf broke, the ice maker stopped working and the freezer would not stay cold. We called Appliance Wholesalers and were told by "David", because we didnt pay the delivery fee and have it delived they would not honor the warranty! REALLY? Next move, we had an appliance repair persn take a look to possible fix it.....$363.41 to repair the refrgerator. More than what we paid for it! The motor was rusted through, the gaskets are bad and so on. None of which was caused by delivery. So....Another call to Appliances Wholesalers....You guessed it, per "David" because we didnt pay the delivery fee and have it delived they would not honor the warranty! BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
Absolutely awful, do not buy anything from them. I bought a year warranty on my washing machine and dryer and had them swapped out two or three times, and each time I need to have something repaired I would have to call multiple times to have it serviced and they would still not show up, and the machine would break down the following week. Do not do business with these scam artists.
