The owners of Kee's Beauty Supply have no regard for their customer; they are unprofessional, and RUDE! I was a frequent customer; however, on 10/24/2017, I went into Kee's and purchased 2 bottles of hair spray. On 10/25th, I returned to the store inorder to exchange 1 bottle of the hair spray. I had been led to believe, by the owner that assisted me, that I was purchasing 2 of the same products (1 large and 1 small). I am visualy impaired and only learned the following morning that the products were not the same and that the pump on the larger bottle was defective. When I went in on 10/25th, I spoke with a different owner, as the person who had sold me the hair spray was not present. I explained what happen and I requested to exchange the large bottle. The owner developed an attitude and responded rudely.. She refused the request and proceeded to place a call on her cellphone. I overheard the owner explain the issue that I had addressed with the person on the on the phone. When she her with the other person on the phone. When she finished her discussion, she pushed the phone to me. A male on the line, which the owner later stated was her son, started yelling and asking me questions about my request to exchange the item. I tried to explain and reason with him, but he wouldn't allow me to, so I terminated the call. I concluded that $7.00 isn't worth the hassel. Kee's will not get any more of my business and I encourage everyone else not to patronize Kee''s. Spend your money where you are treated like a VALUED Customer!
