Overall
Bad Customer Service

I went in Sunday morning to get a money order from the Customer Service counter, which is advertised to be open from 8am to 10pm. Despite their being multiple customers waiting at the counter for service, the manager had decided to shut Customer Service down for an hour in the middle of the day. He did not apologize for the inconvenience, he decided to shout this at us across the store with tons of customers watching. I told him we would take our business to Safeway, and he replied "Knock yourself out!" Needless to say, he has lost a customer and I will discourage anyone I know from going to Shopper's. No matter how good the prices or food is, I expect some respect to be shown to consumers patronizing a business.
