Cherokee County Nursing Center

I had a wonderful experience at this facility. The staff are caring and compassionate. I would recommend this facility as it has a great family atmosphere.

It's remodeled very well, but isn't enough to cover up the unfairness of the staff. As a family member of a previous resident, they never kept the same people around that we liked. Also, hearing how the nurses talked about/to the workers really surprised me. No listening or communication skills what so ever. Besides some of the workers, the food was the only redeemable aspect. It's just the head nurses that seem to lack in the area of bedside manner. I do not want to risk my parent's last few years with an inconsistent and rude staff. I wouldn't even recommend anyone working here unless they wanna be gonna be gone in a month for "not having the proper well being". ?! That's actual quote from a head nurse after asking why they fired one of my parent's favorite workers.



No better than Grace Living Center.
