Anytime living on field road has made many complaints about the new parking as they drive out onto the highway. Restaurant so desperate for business their willing to risk the lives of others for profit. Coming to a main road that's speed limit reduce to 45-45mph then having to go into traffic just to over look Parking lot and sign just to make a safe turn. This new parking lot put me, my family and everyone attempting to make this turn at risk of serous damage our death. Food greasy and service you can get better from a third world. Once was told at drive thru my chicken is being dropped as we watch employee's add sugar to the tea dispenser and I mean ADD! But the tea we got was from some where else almost unsugar. After 20 mins regulars came in and served alright away and no attempt to complete my order I honked my horn which was rude on my park but I got a blow off motion from the female employee as she kept talking. 30mins lapped customers lever i get my order but as i inspect it and know it's cold chicken. I asked for a new drop and I'll move if there's another behind me but till then I wanted hot chicken. Sadly to say this didn't end well. Hot chicken seem to leave fryer to bad leaving oil to a drop from the bag as I arrived home three minutes away. One hour two orders and some greasy or double dipped chicken and unsweetened tea because employee using sugar for themself. If you not a regular you'll be treated like an inconvenience to them.
I have always gone to this Good n Crisp because it is close to where we live and the people have always been nice and the service also. Yesterday I had a very bad experience there. I arrived there at about 4:15pm and the lady who took my order said that it would be 15 minutes because they had to make more chicken, I said that would be fine. Well, 3 customers came in and were served, there were several who went thru the drive thru who were helped. I had seen fresh chicken that was cooked, but my order still had not been filled. Everything that I had ordered seemed to be filling up in others orders. So I finally asked them what was taking so long and what they were waiting for to fill my order. They said that they were waiting for something to cook and that they were in the middle of shift change when I got there and ordered and that is why it was taking so long. This is sooooooo untrue. I was there almost 45 minutes. The 3 that had ordered earlier had eaten and left and I still had nothing. I was so mad that I got teary- eyed but did not say any more to them. Finally the lady said, here is your order. I picked it up, they did not say anything to me. No thank you or even we are sorry that it took so long. They knew how upset I was. When I got to the door, I said, you are welcome. No one said a word. I am very disappointed in what happened. They should have never told me that it would only be 15 minutes, if they knew it wasn't going to be. And besides that, it was my birthday. What a way to spend your birthday, getting so upset for they way they acted, and not even a sorry or thank you. What I should have done was asked for my check back and tore it up and left when I saw how long it was taking. My total order was $74.00.
