FRAUD! Mike is a Con-ManDo Not give him any money.I signed up for a living social deal and he came to check the site before sending a crew. He said that our location required a $45 transportation fee and needed cash. I gave it to him. He had company paperwork but it's all a con!. Nobody showed up the next day as scheduled and his voicemail message changed and he didn't respond to any of my emails. This email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Deceptive practices; terrible customer service by all connected with this business. I suspect they're the same AWC company at the 57th St Tacoma address because my experience with this company is identical to that location's reviews on YP.com. Company's website link takes you nowhere; hard to reach company; calls aren't returned timely. Rated one star only because you can't leave it empty.Called in Feb for a May appointment. Was told they were booked out until October. On scheduled day, two workers arrived and counted number of windows differently than how it's described in Groupon FAQ sheet. When we questioned them about it they said they "forgot" their towels so they had to go to the shop and would return in appox 20 mins. They never returned. After 1-1/2 hours, I called the scheduler who said she'd see where they were and call me back. She never called back, so I left several voice messages on the office phone and also the manager's "field" number. No one ever returned nor called back that day. I left another voice message the next morning, but no response. For the next week I was working with Groupon for a refund.A week later I made a last ditch effort and called company one more time. I reached the scheduler and asked her why the two workers never returned and why my calls went unanswered. She said she didn't know and it'd be best if I called the manager, Michael, on the field number. When Michael called me back he immediately tried to take the heat off him and his workers by accusing me of being rude and disrespectful to his scheduler (I wasn't). As Michael talked to me in a rude & disrespectful manner, I asked him why he never returned my calls. That's when he started spewing lies: (#1) He said he never got any calls from me. (Really, dude? I had to listen numerous times to that insipid voice message of how you're more sorry than me that you missed my call.) (#2) He said that number is his personal cell phone and he NEVER takes work calls on that number. I reminded him that it's the "field" number that he gave me in an e-mail and the exact same number that the scheduler gives out to contact him. (#3) When I told him he and his workers were counting the windows differently than how it's described in the FAQ sheet on the Groupon site, he said he didn't answer those questions, he said Groupon did and he has no control with what Groupon writes. (Another lie because Michael responded to the questions. Groupon couldn't possibly know the details to the questions on the FAQ sheet.) After this much heated discussion I asked him where we stand. He said to call his scheduler again and he'd personally come out. However, after all we've experienced with them we no longer trusted him nor his workers to be inside or around our home, so I called Groupon customer service and they kindly refunded my money.
