My insurance provider sent to Dan of Numotion my info for a medicare claim. See if you can follow his reasoning. I knew I was not going to qualify for a scooter thru Medicare but needed a denial letter to be sent to my insurance so that they could do their own internal review to get me a scooter. They must get the denial letter before they can proceed. Here is what Dan told me. You don't qualify for a scooter from Medicare. I will not be sending your claim to Medicare because you don't qualify for a scooter. I will not send a letter to your insurance because that's not my job, that is Medicare's responsibility. Hello? How is Medicare going to know if you don't forward the claim to them.In parting he told me this. “Its how it is, it’s how it’s always been, those are the rules”. I found another supplier willing to work with me and my insurance company. The bright side to this company is Crystal - she tried to help the best she could.

Absolutely horrible company. Not trustworthy and that includes management and staff. They do not answer phone calls or get back to emails. They drop the ball over and over and create more stress than anyone should have to deal with. I have been dealing with them for two years and still do not have my correct power chair. Yes I said TWO years... They mislead you and do not tell the truth. They need to be totally investigated
