Overall

I've never seen a worse veterinary clinic in my life. Poor care, unprofessional staff, and they try and overcharge you and squeeze every penny of money out of you they can. Absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Overall

My experience with VCA has been amazing from day 1! We brought our 7 month old kitty Somoa in after a botched fracture repair from another vet and Dr. Saylor at VCA recognized the problem right away and was so kind and helpful & I could tell she genuinly cared about Somoa's well being (and mine! I was such a mess!) she made sure Somoa was comfortable and got her in for surgery the next day & kept her there until she was certain she was ok. The whole staff at VCA has been SO accommodating and understanding of our situation! Two surgeries in one week is a lot for a pet owner and even more for a little cat! From the minute Dr Saylor and VCA took charge of Somoa's care she has been recovering quickly, they made sure she was and not in any pain and they were so amazing answering all my questions and concerns in the days following- i must have called 20 times!. They even helped me contact the other vet to get that issue resolved. They REALLY care about the animals they treat at VCA and I will never go anywhere else! I am so happy and appreciative of their excellent service and accommodation of my financial situation. Best clinic ever!

Overall
overpriced as a vet

I brought my puppy here twice. once to her shots and once in an emergency. I asked for a quote over the phone and it was significantly lower than the actual quote.
For the emergency visit I am grateful. Since I couldn't afford the first quote, the vet came up with an alternative treatment that was much more economical. It worked. I would've preferred that both options were presented, allowing me to make an informed decision. My puppy wasn't in any danger so it wasn't a crisis situation.
My last experience made me decide.to discontinue service with them. I called and asked if they sold dewormer. The receptionist said they did and when I asked how much it was, she put me on hold, and then told me that she didn't know and that I would have to see the vet. since they charge $48 just to have an appt - that doesn't include any service - I told her I guess I'll just got to Winco and buy some. She said ok.
I wouldn't recommend them as a vet, but I have faith in them as emergency providers.

"DON'T" TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS ...

"DON'T" TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS CLINIC. I WAS TOLD BASICALY SINCE I DID NOT GET PAID TILL FRIDAY, THERE WAS NOTHING THEY WOULD DO FOR MY DOG THAT HADN'T GONE TO THE BATHROOM FOR MORE THEN 5 DAYS......I ASKED THEM " AM I JUST SUPPOSE TO GO HOME AND WATCH HIM DIE"? AND THERE RESPONSE WAS 'I'M SORRY, THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO BECAUSE WE NEED CASH NOW'. THERE AD READS 'YOUR PET IS OUR TOP PRIORITY'....WHAT A GODDAMN BOLDFACE LIE......HOW DARE THEM TO CALL THEMSELVES 'DOCTORS'..I THOUGHT THEY BECAME DOCTORS TO HELP ANIMALS, BUT ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THERE MONEY......SO I SIT HERE WATCHING MY DOG DIE BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE. BUT I KNOW THESE "DOCTORS" WONT LOOSE EVEN A WINK OF SLEEP OVER IT. YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY MUST BE SO PROUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HOPE TO GOD YOUR ANIMALS ARE ALL HEALTHY...OH, STUPID ME, OF COURSE THEY ARE...YOU HAVE MONEY......................................................
