We recently purchased a pair of cars from the dealership. The experience was very good and we were very happy with the deal we got. We walked in with a very clear idea of what we wanted and they made it happen. We also had some detailing work done and were very happy with the process as well. The work done was good, the prices were reasonable, and it was quick.

I walked into Larson Toyota not knowing what model of car I wanted to buy. Salesperson Damien Norem went above and beyond the call of duty with me. He spent hours explaining the details of both the models I was interested in, using words that I understood. Afte I bought my new Highlander, Damien Norem spent another hour with me helping program my bluetooth, radio, garagedoor opener etc. He then took time to call me the next day to check and see if I was still happy with me new car. Way to go Damien Norem.
