I love the rib dip..But this Red Robin should be avoided at all cost.
First time in was givin a glass with a big lip print on it.
Second time ordered to go and dip had no sauce. call manager she said would give us a 25 ift certificate. One month passed, nothing in mail.I come in she is gone.I leave message for manager. No response.
Third time no problem with to go except no onion straws in to go.
Forth and last time ever.I call in to ask about manager calling me ask can they comp meal. They take down name say no.I hang up and call back under false name.Order the rib dip with extra meat and cheese. No sauce at all.I had left over dip sauce from arbby's .It is great! I get half way thru and there is some kind of wood in my sandwich????!!!!!!!
This is the day after and the manager after leaving three messages still haven't called me...
