Good breakfast joint

My family and I always look forward to breakfast here. It's consistently good and just fun to hang out. Not the cheapest, not pricey either. At any rate, the food is worth it. The portions are generous without being overwhelming and the staff are helpful. Highly recommended.

Great Pizza, and Bad Karaoke

The place is pretty fab. Small unpretentious and actually very cool. The food is fantastic! I indulged in a spicy meat pizza and it was incredible. Great beers, cheap prices and the bad karaoke that your ears can stand. So much fun on a Saturday night!

Used to be the best.

I used to be an employee of Puget Sound Pizza in its glory days. The pizza was top notch and the employees had passion for what they were doing. Weekend breakfast was the best Tacoma had to offer. The pizza is still good, depending on who makes it, but its not the Five Star pizza joint it used to be. Many of the employees have gotten lazy and no longer care, and this is very noticeable. Breakfast cooks took pride in making the best breakfast in Tacoma, especially because it was available only two days a week. Now they serve breakfast seven days a week and the quality has really suffered. Undercooked eggs(runny whites on ""over mediums""), bruised fruit, old gravy, incomplete orders sent to tables. The only reason I can see to go to Puget Sound Pizza is the bar which serves excellent cocktails and good beer at a decent price. Plus karaoke on Friday and Saturday nights is some of the best in town.
