        Overall

        Absolutely horrible company. Not trustworthy and that includes management and staff. They do not answer phone calls or get back to emails. They drop the ball over and over and create more stress than anyone should have to deal with. I have been dealing with them for two years and still do not have my correct power chair. Yes I said TWO years... They mislead you and do not tell the truth. They need to be totally investigated
