I am disappointed. Called the office of Dr. Laving to see if he accepted insurance. The office person told me that they had a few clients with my insurance. In fact, I had an extensive discussion about my insurance. I went through a lot of trouble to get the referral as did my physician. When I received an approved referral from my insurance I called to schedule an appointment. Then, the office person told me that they do not accept insurance and that I could submit it myself and pay the difference if any. I was given what I perceived a very insincere sorry and "I always tell that upfront when perspective patients call". I spent a lot of time for nothing and I think it's poor business practice. The person who I spoke with both times was not a new employee and had a lot of experience.
