I was impressed that I was buzzed in the door. Felt very secure. The gentleman behind the counter was helpful and patient going through my scrap gold jewelry. He even tested some that was questionable. ����. The only thing I found disturbing was the lady behind the counter. It was his wife. She was rude to her husband and customers. She felt put out because she had to process cashier checks for silver .......THEY WERE SELLING. POOR customer service on her part. I will go back and request the man to help me. Thank you sir for making my first experience joyable. ����

Very impressive, The building is like a large vault room with vaults inside the vault I felt very secure parking directly in front of the building security cameras everywhere very impressive inventory of precious metals, diamonds and rare coins on display, when I didn't see what I came for I asked for it they had a few of what I wanted in one of their many vaults, very pleased with the service and selection and the very fair price.
