      went to sears outlet looking for a fridge and a emplyee named Robert said if i need help to let him know. so we found a nice fridge.we bough it got it home and the water control didn't work. called them up and he said i can wait for a tech to come to my house or exchange it. so i went back i was a little upset at that time but when i got there it was super easy and i left really happy. I'm so happy with the fridge i got and the service as well. thank you and keep up the good work.

      Don't waste your time

      If Sears is having a sale, this is a major waste of time. I went to Sears retail store on Friday and priced washers & dryers, then went to the outlet to see what they had for a bargain. The returned, scratched and dented models at the outlet were about $100 more than the sale price at the regular store for a brand new, never been used model. This is a farce to pull people in who think they're looking at bargains. Do your homework and look at the regular store's deals before ever going here. They need to drop their prices by about $300-400 each to get in the "outlet" arena. There were people shopping, but I didn't see anyone buying. Just several of us shaking our heads "no" as we left. I asked to speak to the store manager to discuss this but was told he was in conference with another customer and unavailable.

      Not for me

      I have seen far better prices on appliances that are NOT used. So I was disappointed.
