Very helpful and really nice
Awful experience, this office failed to roll over my late-mother's IRA after her passing. I inquired about where did her separate IRA go (5 years after she passed) and who's been benefiting from it and since this office has gone dark. Investment Advisor Thomas O'Neill has completely disappeared since a call to him on May 16, 2017 and his e-mail auto responder still says he'll be back May 17, 2017. Since, Ive been harassed an targeted by Morgan Stanley, intimidated and threatened to not file a complaint against them with the SEC. This includes suing me for Morgan Stanley's attorney fees for an alleged complaint to the SEC and continued harassment by wage garnishment to pay Morgan Stanleys fees. Listen to tv last phone call with him before he disappeared and decide for yourself: https://youtu.be/zzI0-tACwR0
Tom O'Neal told our Mom's Estate Executor that he had her IRAs with named beneficiaries. There was a restraining order from doing anything with her assets. Tom, in cahoots with my father (personal friends), rolled my mother's IRA into my Dad's saying it was a community property state. Ummm... no Tom, you can't just roll over an IRA that have named beneficiaries, thinking you wouldn't get caught. Called Tom back again and his story changed, that there were no beneficiaries, and Tom said we had a lawsuit against Morgan Stanley. Made it clear that when he visited my mom in hospice, it was just to say hi and not force her into signing paperwork. Why would he say that?!?! Tom is running with a bunch of crooks and it's just a matter of time that they get caught for forgery and contempt for violating a restraining order.
It was about 520pm on a Wednesday, I pulled up to the ATM to withdraw some money. I have used the ATM numerous times in the past. I put my card into the machine and it at it. It didn’t even ask for my pin number….the main office was closed but the drive thru was open. Told the teller what the issue was and was told that it was not their ATM and they couldn’t do anything about it. The soonest they could do anything was next week and that I was S.O.L.. What I couldn’t figure out was, Heritage Banks logo was all over the ATM but was continually told that it did not belong to the bank and couldn’t do anything about it. I was also told that this was a continuous problem with this particular ATM. So I left to go to my bank, which I should have done in the first place and drove back by Heritage Bank, there was no OUT OF ORDER sign on the ATM, I also drove by the next day in the morning and the same thing. The bank knows that the ATM eats and destroys peoples ATM cards but continuously lets people attempt to use the ATM. If there is no concern with their ATM card eating machine…how are they handling your money if you have an account with Heritage Bank? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
