Just my lucky that it happened to me twice at the same place. First time 5 hours this time 7. Took my car in for an oil change at 10AM they didn’t give me a pick up time just that they would call me when ready. I did let them know I needed my vehicle no later then 5PM. Owner assured me it would be done. I called at 2PM to get an update and was told my car had not been looked at yet. I asked what the purpose was for me to drop off at 10AM and wasn’t able to get a direct answer. I showed up at 5 to pick up even though they STILL had not called me, all to find out the only thing that was done was drain the oil in that 7 hour period. I had somewhere to be at 5:30 so what they did was put my dirty filter and oil back into my vehicle and simple shrug the shoulders. Not even an apology! Very disappointed with the professionalism, punctuality, and most of all lack of concern.
I ave a Yamaha 650 Vstar Classic, and have had a bunch of work and parts purchases done over the last year fixing it up to road worthy. I have had nothing but very good services both in the service dept. and parts dept. I was hoping to purchase a car though Curbside. I texted them initially from the website about my credit situation and car needs. They told me to apply for in house financing on their website. After I did this I texted him back and told him it was done, and he said he would work on it. Two days went by and he never got back to me. I called the dealership and spoke to another salesman who checked my application as well as my co-borrowers application and said they could probably finance $9,000 if I put $1,000 down. Then a couple hours later all of a sudden they say we can only finance for $6,000. I wasn't thrilled because a lot of their inventory under $6,000 are terrible cars that won't last more than a month or two. I understand with rough credit options are limited but I have good income and feel like I was being given the runaround. After looking through their inventory again I found three cars I was potentially interested in that ranged between $6,999-$7,999. The car I would have greatly preferred was $7,999. $1,000 more made the difference in a car that would last vs. the car that would not. The salesman said they could probably make that work, told me what documents to get together, and to come down to the dealership so I could take the car home. I asked him if he was sure before I wasted time coming down there and he said let me double check for you. It took him until the next day to get an answer on that quick "double check". Then he says we can only finance you for $4,000. It just seems a little strange that first it was $9,000, then it was $6,000, then it was $4,000. It's clear this dealership is just out to scam people and take advantage of those with lesser credit as if we need anymore financial problems. Steer clear of this dealership. They don't care about you or your situation. It appears they're the kind of dealership that hopes you default on the loan so they can take the car back and resell it for the same price or more.
Been going here for years with my dad and they are GREAT, very honest and trustworthy. Phil does such a good job with great pricing & his wife is very sweet and helpful! She once gave me a ride because I was stuck and my car was being fixed. Phil explains everything to you and also allows you to make payments. Always great service! Highly recommend!!

Probably the worst buying experience I've had. I'm a professional businessman and expect to be treated fair. These guys will tell you anything to make the deal, then they point out the fine print and hold you to a loophole. You would never see that at a reputable dealership. They prey on customers that have low credit scores - Beware of these guys, they are snakes. David the GM there is a piece of work, your typical slimy used car salesman. He'd sell his mother a lemon and hold her to the contract because she couldn't read the small print. All I can say is bring a mechanic and read carefully what you sign. I wouldn't send people I dislike to this dealership. Please get the word out. I can't stand predatory dealers.
