Connectionz Plumbing

I've worked with Connectionz Plumbing on several jobs. Their work is top notch and affordable! They are great at coming up with sollutions for tricky remodeling jobs. Ben and Alex and all the employees at Connectionz are professional and courteous and on the ball. Love working with them! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality plumbing!

I cannot emphasize enough how much we regret hiring Connectionz. I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Among so much more, we encountered the following:
scheduling issues
changes to the planned work without adjusting the cost accordingly
installers refusing to leave our home after completion of the job (we nearly had to call the police)
the General Manager/Owner yelling at us over the phone for 30 minutes
requests for final payment before the job was completed
the General Manager insisting on a 5-star review during payment discussions
a final install that looks shoddy and is a huge eyesore in our home

If I could give them higher than a five star I would! Our air conditioner started screaming so I called and the came over that night. They knew exactly what was wrong within seconds explained it very well to me. My insurance however wanted to use there own people. It took 3 guys over a week to figure out the problem. It took connectionz no more than 2min. Very knowledgeable and I have there number set up in my phone for anything that goes wrong, like right under emergency numbers.
Why mess with people that really don't know when you have this company that is spot on!!!
Pricing is also fair, actually cheap, they only have to do the job once and you have total peace of mind instead of worrying if it was done right. They do it right the first time. I hate reviewing but these guys were Awesome!!!!!

Troy was on time and explained to us very clearly the different options we had. Very honest and he worked hard and got everything done in just a few hours. I felt like I had made a friend by the time he left my house. Excellent plumber and excellent company!

Troy is so nice and professional. Before any work is done he shows you a paper that has how much the service will cost. A preprinted paper! No guess work, no jerking you around. I'm a female that knows nothing of plumbing. I felt like after his work was done that his prices were fair..After talking to friends who have had plumbing work done I now know his prices were more than reasonable! I will use him for all of my plumbing needs.

I call Connectionz for everything plumbing related and refer them to all my friends. It's nice to be able to find someone you completely trust. They always provide great service. The estimates are clear and easy to understand. Best of all they charge a fair rate. Thanks a Ton!!!
