I visited in 2013 and i absolutely loooved my experience... five years later in 2018 i renewed my love for Aria salon in syracuse N.Y., Jessica is sooo great and caring and pleasant and wonderful and and and and could go on forever. I highly recommend!
I am always happy with my haircut by Tony. I have natural curly hair and he knows just the cut for my hair. Tony is also a blast to chat with. Give him a try, you won’t want to look elsewhere.

She did horrible job coloring my hair and overcharged me for it. Basically, I had to go to other hairdresser to fix bad color. I was devastated. Please, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and DO NOT go there. Horrible! Will never go there again. My appointment was made at 12:30.. Wasn't started until 1. I felt like I was wasting her time being there from the moment I walked in the door 15m early. The blonde highlights were yellow.. Very rude about explaining highlights in my hair. Never again. I had a Groupon which is why I was treated the way I was.
Horrible customer service .Just got done with chemo treatments & drove hour to this place saying could help me on the phone .once was there all the wigs were out of date & asking for human hair was a no . By the time I left was I tears . Never would recommend
My 71yr old mother was asked to leave because she supposedly missed an appointment (scheduled on a day that she has had a conflicting standing appointment for months) . Also, she wanted her bangs kept instead of cut (got cut anyhow EVERY TIME) and a color different than what she received. NEVER have I heard of a salon not catering to a customer. I guess we just have to be satisfied with what we get and just shut the hell up.I am making it my mission to let anybody and everybody know just how they do business and treat little old ladies.Shame on them. I hope to see the offending hair dresser Dorothy Nappi called on the carpet for this
After moving to Syracuse 3 years ago, I have finally found a salon that exceeded my expectations. Kristi and her staff are wonderful! My hair looks amazing, and I have people always asking where I get it done. Thanks Kristi!!
Worst experience I've ever had at a salon...ever. I made an appt but still had to wait bc there was obviously no communication with the staff. Two of the girls were rude and talking about me while I was getting my nails done about how the manager scolded them for taking a walk-in (who was their friend and kids) instead of taking me, who had an an appt. It was dirty...my manicurist used a new nail file but the other tools were in a drawer, not in sanitizing solution. My shellac manicure came off within 2 hours...just chipped right off! The shellac manicure was half priced, only $15, but I still tipped $6 (20% on full price of $30). I called and left a message to ask for them to re-do them on the next business day and no one even bothered to call me back.
