        Manager is miserable and makes the entire experience miserable, she allowed our grandma (94) to schedule a day before then had the audacity to complain that she should have scheduled a week before then pushed our grandma so she could get it over with and go home. Grandma was really looking forward to this visit and the hair dresser ruined it. Will definitely never be going there again.
