        I have been to the spa many times I love the friendly nice personality of amber I go there to get my hair cut my eyebrows waxed once a week she does a great job always smiles make your visit very welcoming I would recommend amber to anyone that goes to Mercedes day spa my personal experience was terrific 5 stars

        This was just such a bad exper...

        This was just such a bad experience. I would give it no stars if i could.



        This salon is in a dirty old building that looks like it used to be a residence.



        I went to get "eyelash extensions" applied. They made me pay ahead of time with a credit card over the phone when i booked the apointment.



        When I got there , the woman brought me upstairs to a room. I noticed immediately that she was using low quality Ardelle false eyelashes. she actually even used the "waterproof lash adhesive" that you get when you buy the same Ardelle lashes at walmart. She applied a bunch of single lashes directly to my eyelid. She dis such a terrible job that I couldn't even open my eye afterward! She literally had to peel my eyelid apart.

        It was a horrible experience and I looked so ridiculous, like a drag queen, not natural at all I can't believe she told me I looked "pretty" like that afterwards. I immediately took them off when I got out to my car. I gave her no tip and I'm glad I didn't . What a rip off. I would NEVER reccomend this salon for anything. Save your money!

        I just returned from this salon and I must say it deserves all the 5 star ratings. The staff was very nice, the salon was clean, and the woman who worked on my hair did a great job. I would really recommend this place to anyone in the North Syracuse/Mattydale/Syracuse area.

        This is the best salon in Central NY. Privately owned, Mercedes cares about every client! I've been going there for 15 years, and will not trust my appearance to anyone else!

        The best salon experience I have ever had! After getting my hair ruined at several other salons; the owner of Mercedes assured me that she and her staff could correct my mess! Boy did they!!!!! My haircolor was awesome!!!!
