Gino and Joes Pizzaria

We ordered from the RT 11 N. Syracuse Store today, we have been going there for years and I always order a hot sausage and parm sandwich and this time my sandwich had unions, peppers and mushrooms on it, as far as I know you have to ask for this, I had to take it apart and remove all of it and lost the cheese in the process. I called them to question it and she said thats how it comes which is NOT TRUE. I was offered nothing for this inconvenience and will never go there again.

i went to gino and joes this past sunday night, the serivces there was attentive to my every need. the place was very clean and organized. we ordered an aray of different meals. everyone in my group was satisfied. when i came on yellow pages and read the reviews i was astonished to read such horrible things about a place that was such a good time and great food! the home made Arancini's were just like nanas :)
