Waiting about two weeks and I still not get my stuff. Made a schedule and waited at home about 4 hours. Nobody come and no phone call at all. When I call the service, they just told me they can't delivery today because of some 'issues'. Horrible experience. Now, i still need to wait them call back.
Horrible and very unprofessional. Receipt stated in print that the item would be delivered to the "outside of the FRONT door." These dummies don't even know what a front door is. Not only that but they had one guy on the truck which meant he dumped the 180 pound item . No way one person can lift it. That's probably why there was a hole in the bottom exposing the item. To make matters worse ...he left it in the driveway smack dab in front of the garage so we could not get our car in. Called and they refused to come back . We have a fenced yard so there's only the driveway and the garage doors but this dummy didn't care if we couldn't get our car in or if it got wet. There is no protection from weather except the soffit on the house which does not protect against any kind of weather. They said they didn't care what was on the receipt ...they weren't coming back. Then the supervisor said even if they could come back there was on;y one guy on the truck so the wouldn't be able to move it. DU DUH Double DUH. Don't use this company or any company like Wayfair that hires them.
Agreed with other reviews, the most unprofessional company who lacks customer service and ability, I ordered a piece of furniture: 300lbs. two guys brought it all the way to my house to tell me they could bring it in. I spent hours and hours on the phone back and forth with the manager "Dave" who was extremely rude and uncaring. He would not get on the phone to discuss any solution. Then when I was able to reach him he told me to rent a u-haul and find guys to go pick it up!!!! they have had my furniture for a week and refusing to deliver. Do not use this company for anything. It is very stressful and extremely disappointing. I never had to deal with a company like this in my life.
Hands down the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. First they left a voicemail that my furniture was in and I could call to schedule delivery. When I called to schedule they basically said "Just kidding, there's a note on it that says 'don't deliver', so we don't really know what's going on." A week later I get a call saying my delivery has been sitting there and there not sure why it hasn't been sent out yet. They then set up a 4 hour delivery window for the following morning. After taking off work and waiting 4 hours, still no delivery. I call and they say "Oh it looks like it's not even on the truck yet". I ask them to come back in the evening because at this point I have to go to work. When the delivery man finally shows up at my apartment he tells me the dresser I ordered is too heavy for him and he's not going to deliver it without help, so I will need to reschedule. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Absolutely disgraceful service. An hour late for a 4 hour window; attitude from the driver multiple times; eventually the product was left on my driveway...yup, in the driveway with my 90 pound wife standing there alone going, "really?" Avoid these clowns at any cost.
