Clothes Mentor

Came in with two designer purses. I didn't know if they would buy them they're both remarkably old and out dated, but judging by the horrific outfits in their store window display I thought they probably take anything, but the sales people were so unbelievably rude I couldn't even see straight. The girl I dealt with was okay but they take a remarkably long time to make any decisions so when I asked for the bathroom and couldn't find it I went back and asked another employee she answered with a curt "ma'am she just told you where it was" ( it's not marked and says employees only) honestly I can't imagine why anybody would buy anything from this store the employees are surly, and appear to have just rolled out of bed in whatever horrible bargain basement outfit they found from their tacky back rooms. The whole experience made for a funny story later.

Short, curly haired girl had absolutely no manners. Her inability to even be the slightest bit polite was astonishing and her lack I ambition to lift a finger with closing a sale was disgusting. Walked out without purchasing - my mother was blown away. Never will come back. Snotty and rude. Not the type of individual you should have representing your store.
