My husband and I have been coming to Burn Kickboxing for a few months and it has so positively impacted our lives! This place is like nothing we've ever experienced in our lives! We've lost weight, gained strength, improved our balance, met friends, changed our eating habits, had laughs and have never failed to leave feeling better physically and mentally than when we came through the doors! We cannot recommend this place high enough!
What can I say about "Burn" ?
ALOT that's for sure!!
It's now been two weeks that I've been going with a total of 6 days done. I laughed when I saw their add for the Fit over 50 class, as I said ya right. I've rebounded from cancer and now dealing with other health issues BUT needless to say dispite all this I joined and at age 68 I can say they are right. You can be fit at any age 🤗
Burn Kickboxing was a God send in my life! The staff as a whole are the most compassionate, hands on group of people that I've ever experienced. They genuinely care about you and walk with you every step of the way. They are the biggest encouragers ever and their energy infectious.
If you're on the fence about whether to go or not just stop in and test the waters and once you're in you will be hooked(in a good way).

I wish there was an option for 10 stars!!! Burn Kickboxing totally deserves it!!
Its not just that you get an AMAZING workout while you are there... its also the instructors. You can tell they genuinely care about each person that walks in that door – they love what they do – they are so motivating that you can’t help but push yourself a little bit more with each exercise. Just when you think you don’t have any more to give – one of the instructors just happens to walk by says something motivating and you are back in the game to push yourself harder!!
You WILL NOT be disappointed with Burn Kickboxing!!!
I absolutely love this place. I was never the type of person to be motivated to go to the gym. I never really liked working out, but just did it for the feeling you have after a good workout. After going to Burn, I now love my workouts! Each class is different and each week focuses on different workouts. They are so much fun and the trainers are so motivational. I don’t see myself going to another gym ever again!
