Overall

Alan Byer Collision. Had my front bumper, hood, and two front doors painted here on my 2010 Toyota Corolla because this was a location my insurance gave us to goto.

The car initially came back and looked horrible, we took it back and they ended up keeping the car another two weeks to correct their error. We get it back again, and the paint still looks like hell. Insurance had to send a car detailer to correctly buff the paint.

Fast forward one year. The paint on the bumper is chipping, flaking off in some areas. The car is not abused in any way and is fully taken care of.

Don't send your car here if you want a crap job done.
