I need a receipt from this business for a total of $360.00 please on 24 Oct 2018. Everton is a good driver and very polite, but I don't understand why I haven't received my receipt he promised to mail to me, PLEASE SEND ASAP. 4 Nov 2018.
This taxi driver didn't know how to find our son's home (from the Syracuse airport) and I had to use MY GPS because the driver didn't know the directions. I know he charged us double what it should have cost because my son paid less than 1/2 what I paid on his trip to Syracuse airport the week before. His meter was running extra fast too. After overcharging us, he didn't even take our bags up to the house until we asked him to. I would NEVER use this company again.
Absolutely terrible service and professionalism at blue star taxi. I waited 40 minutes at the airport for my driver, who then couldn't find me once he arrived so late. Standing outside like an idiot I called back where the dispatcher rudely told me that "I need to help out a little bit." Overpriced, terrible service and a downright disgusting example of poor customer service.

HORRENDOUS SERVICE! I called Blue Star Taxi once before and they never showed up. Mistakenly I decided to give them a second try. My phone time stamped my call to them at 3:26 pm from Upstate Community General Hospital. I ordered a taxi from this medical appointment to another medical appointment I had at 4:00 pm in Liverpool. I was quoted a hefty $35 estimate and told my cab would arrive in 8 minutes, leaving plenty of time to arrive at my next appointment. At 3:42, when my taxi had not yet arrived I called the dispatcher who informed me the cab was 3 minutes away due to heavy traffic. At 3:46, I called again and the dispatcher guaranteed me multiple times that I would easily arrive at my destination on time, by 4:00. I by remained on the line until the cab arrived at 3:50. The driver was very polite, but it was obvious he would be unable to get me to my destination on time. And there was no heavy traffic near the hospital. Still a distance from my destination, I called the dispatcher again from the cab at 4:02 to inform them they had missed their deadline, since it was already after 4:00 - and I politely asked for a discount. The dispatcher was extremely rude, hostile, insulting and unprofessional, yelling she knew from the beginning I would not pay and there would be no discount. She also lied and said she never guaranteed my arrival time. I asked to speak with the owner, at which time an equally rude woman got on the line and continued to insult me. SHE THEN CALLED THE DRIVER AND TOLD HIM TO PULL OVER IMMEDIATELY, HAVE ME PAY AND PUT ME OUT OF THE CAB. WE WERE ON THE ROUTE 81 HIGHWAY. Luckily the driver refused to throw me out of the cab on the highway, but stopped as soon as we got off the highway, still miles from my destination. I had planned to pay by credit card, but was told the credit card machine was not working correctly. I was forced to pay with $25 cash I had in my wallet. After a discussion between the driver and dispatcher, the driver was told to circle back about 10 minutes later, pick me up and take me the remainder of the distance to my destination, then charge me for the rest of the metered distance. I declined to get back in the cab and traumatized, walked the entire rest of the way. Needless to say, I will never use this company again!!!
Midstate taxi is safe, reliable, on time and their cab fare is within reason and Below meter price I would call and book a taxi when in or near Syracuse NY.
Did not reimburse us when driver asked for cash payment after credit card "did not work" only to find out that we were charged double, both credit card and cash. Pretty sad to charge driver misconduct or equipment malfunction to costumers. "strongly believes in customer satisfaction. That is our ultimate goal. Every service that we provide should not just meet your expectations it should exceed them" This is definitely a bold lie, I would avoid them if possible
NEVER call the, call some other taxi company, requested a cab for 4:20 the guy came at 4:20 and said he needed to pick up two more people and I'm sorry but it's a cab service not a pull service got me to the airport late, he didn't even know how to get to the buildings of the other people he had to pick up and he was REALLY RUDE when I told him I needed to get to the airport he started yelling "what time your flight" "what time your flight" "you never late". Last time I called it was the same horrible experience. The cab driver kept saying he was "outside" and e wasn't, once he got to where I was he was like "sorry sorry I got lost" and because he kept saying he was outside the lady from the company key telling me to wait outside and I nearly froze. TERRIBLE service never again will I call this cab company

They have very bad customer service. They talk to you any kind of way then get mad when you curse they butt back out.. They left soon as I told them I be out. I wouldn't give them no stars but it's required
