I'm a disabled person with limited mobility. I have always received excellent service here, with employees even more than willing to come out from behind the counter to assist me with my selection and purchase and even hold the door for me. The prices are reasonable, the location convenient and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service.
They have a variety of options and a good price but the customer service is horrible. On a few occasions, I’ve walked in and wasn’t even greeted. I’ve been going there for years. The last time the older guy with glasses only “acknowledged” me when he took my money. And what I mean by awknowledge is literally taking my money and giving me my change without even looking at me. He didn’t utter a word to me and even started talking to the other worker and customer at some point. I will never go there again. There are plenty of other wine and liquor store options in the area.
The rudest employees you will ever meet. They are super shady and cheat and steal from you. Pretty sure there's only three people working there. When I complained to one guy for stealing my $100 lottery scratch off that he watched me win and my boyfriend was with me, he laughed in my face and told me he can't do anything. He said he was a co owner of the store and yet acted like he had no idea what the Ny lottery is and played stupid while he sells hundreds of them daily. Never had that happened to me in my entire life. He refused to give me the card or the receipt back. Also, a friend of mine turned 21 years old and decided to celebrate at this sh*thole. And guess what happened? No, she wasn't greeted with a smile or even a congratulations or a fricken thank you..... She was laughed at and humiliated by the other " co owner" some blonde middle aged woman who said it was scary that my friend was legally buying alcohol.
Wide selection and GREAT PRICES!
