I have bought two vehicles from Mark over the last year and a half and nothing but problems with both of them. When the problem is brought up to Mark he pretty much shrugs and says "oh well, it's not my problem" The first vehicle was a Ford Edge that needed $4000 worth of work in the first year. When I called him about it he said he would help me out and take it as a trade in on something different (which he did but really hit me over the head on the price) within 60 days of being in the Chevy Silverado his mechanic informed me that I needed all new breaks and hardware in the back. After getting a run around from his wife ( and his mechanic informing me that Mark was on a "bender" and probably wouldn't be around for a week or two) I finally spoke to Mark and he told me that since I had the truck for two months it wasn't his problem anymore. The truck was having other issues which HIS mechanic told me was nothing..finally took it to a different mechanic and have been informed that I need a new transmission..thank God I insisted on the highest warranty available (at the cost of $2000) so it will be covered but I will never buy another vehicle from him or send any of my friends there ( I sent 3 people there that all purchased vehicles and have had tons of mechanical issues as well) HORRIBLE business owner and a complete con man

We had easily the best car buying experience ever yesterday. Jayme, the Internet sales manager, was a joy to work with. When we arrived, she introduced us to Andy, our Sales associate, who was very down to earth, knowledgeable, and patient. Even the sales manager, usually just known as the "man behind the curtain", stopped by to chat for a bit. Nelson was a great guy! Nelson, Andy, and the finance manager even stayed well past closing time to finish up everything - great service.The best part, no pressure sales. They gave us exactly what I wanted for a trade on our old car and a good deal on the new one. Everything was transparent and we were able to evaluate many potential options for the sale without feeling any pressure whatsoever.I can't say enough good things about the experience or the people at Lamacchia Honda and we will definitely be keeping our future business here!
Service department was good with routine maintenance, but expensive as all dealers are. Thought that would help if there was ever a problem, WRONG! Honda admitted the problem and paid a portion of the bill. Lamacchia admitted nothing, did work without authorization, then billed the full amount (minus Honda contribution, no Lamacchia discount even though they had worked on the exact failure part a little over a year previously during a $1500 servicing). Avoid them, I will from now on!!!!!!
Alan Byer Collision. Had my front bumper, hood, and two front doors painted here on my 2010 Toyota Corolla because this was a location my insurance gave us to goto. The car initially came back and looked horrible, we took it back and they ended up keeping the car another two weeks to correct their error. We get it back again, and the paint still looks like hell. Insurance had to send a car detailer to correctly buff the paint.Fast forward one year. The paint on the bumper is chipping, flaking off in some areas. The car is not abused in any way and is fully taken care of. Don't send your car here if you want a crap job done.
Worst experience EVER! To start ,they lied about things my car needed, and they were rude from the moment I pulled in. Also, don't make plans for the day if you want service done, I was told an amount of time, it took twice that. I called to check on it after the supposed time had passed and was told "well we were working on someone else's car, then we went to lunch, now were just getting back and we will get to it", really, not too impressed? Then there is the pricing, they are WAY overpriced. a 10.00 part and two minute labor job is $60. Everything there is slow, I ended up walking back to get my car instead of waiting an extra hour for the shuttle, and worst of all, they seem like it is okay and all my fault. I had places to be, I didn't plan on needing another 3 hrs and being treated like scum. I will never go back.
3 words to summarize Lamacchia Honda . .Rude, arrogant, and greedy!! Had several problems under warranty, dealership denied any problems and kept telling me they were unable to find problems, or issues were still within Honda specs until vehicle was out of warranty (then more than happy to repair problems). I had records of the problems diagnosed but told by service manager that he wouldn't go out of his way to help me get them covered under warranty because I didn't bring my car to them for all my service work. Also told me problems were due to not performing maintenance. I showed him my logbook with all maintenance up to date, and was told it was not the correct one (because it was from another Honda dealership). Have made >5 attempts to get some assistance from Honda customer service, just get the runaround. 1st and last Honda for me, buyer beware . . . they did fix the most major problem, i'll give them that, but cost me an arm and a leg, and they had the car for a week, never updated me on status, had to keep calling
WOW! Thanks for ignoring me and my wife for almost 20 minutes in your showroom earlier today! Since we were the only ones in the store, I can see how easily we couldve been overlooked. Despite our casual appearance, my wife is an MD and I'm a private contractor and we were prepared to buy a Town and Country. One Sales Consultant made a poor joke about giving us the car if we could get it out of the showroom without scratching it while walking past us. When we asked to see a manager or salesman, he came over and said quote: "I said hello to you! You didnt say anything! Thats how this works, I say hello, then you say hello. I thought you guys were here for service because I saw your wife go in the back when you walked in..." Yeah, she's pregnant and has to pee every 45 minutes. No apology, no attempt to make it right, just poor excuses for a poor sales pitch. We will NEVER shop there and regularly deter our clients from shopping there. By the way, we went to the Dodge dealership down the road and we are buying a Grand Caravan. Dont you guys work on commission? Big mistake. HUGE.

I bought a new 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan Crew model and I absolutley love my new vehicle!
