Syracuse, NY 7 11

This is the worst convenience store i have ever been to. During the day the clerks ignore when there is a line and hen theres not a line they ignore the only customer standing there. They're busy taking inventory or cleaning or doing some random task that isnt helping the customer. I understand there is work to do but I've worked in customer service when there's a line your only job is to get the line down. Idk if the manager isnt doing her job and making them do so they're busy or if they just want to do anything other then help the customer but its ridiculous. No doubt the employees have zero chance of surviving a real nob the way they swear in front of customers and express pure lack of ambition or customer service skills but beyond that Its definitely a management problem because I've beem coming here for years ans through every group of employees its always the same. Its not hard. If theirs ppl in line stop what ur doing n help. Not to mention the hot food is 100% not hot enough. I use to serve slices at a pizza shop the hot container needs to be 146 its almost room temperature every time i get it. This morning someone asked if one of the 3 other employees could help ring at ..8am breakfast busy time.... And when the girl was asked to do it she threw a fit. Ridiculous.

I wish I can give less then one star. This place did have good food but now the last three times ordering for delivery food the fries were cold the chicken was cooked with old grease and the sub was made wrong!!!! The ticket for the order said exactly what I ordered but I didn't get that!!! What people can't read their or something....something went wrong somewhere!!!! Will never order their again nor would I suggest it to nobody!!!

The lady that works at the store over nights is extremely disrespectful. She is always just standing outside mingling with thüe local drug addicts. Has absolutely no customer service skills. Its people like her that is the reason why cashiers make so little. I felt as if i was on a street corner with a bunch of thugs and addicts. Last i knew there was a no loitering law and sign posted but obviosly that doesnt apply to the workers and the regular group of misfits that continually hang out at the store. I would not stop unless its an emergency. Be prepared for lots of attitude and unproffessinal customer service

Great place! The philly cheese steak is amazing. Love it! Glad the new owner got rid of a few of those employees, the old employees were rude and didn't seem to care about the store. The new ones are very friendly.

Food was great!Had chicken wings,potatoe salad and browniesGoing to get krunchy Krispy chicken next week

one of the 7-elevens! Nice and Helpful staff! I have been to many 7-eleven stores on the 3east coast .Although the one thing I dislike is it does not have a Redbox like some of the others.

Came in late at night while he was moping and didn't even have a problem with making me food...KC by far is the best employee you have says my full stomach
