        Overall

        The houses look beautiful from the outside but Chris Rachuba is a nightmare to work with, and the houses are terribly built. My home is only 7 years old and I have so much damage, I could not afford to fix it, and I could never sell it because it wouldn't pass inspection. My drywall is sagging, my tile grout is crumbling, I have black mold from the tiles being laid improperly, my bathtub wasn't put in properly. My home was over a million dollars, and they never came out to fix the punch list items because Chris is a shyster. DO NOT BUILD WITH THIS COMPANY!
