Needed a part that costed $100, told us they didn't have the part so they were getting it sent to them, a week goes by and they tell us they ordered the wrong part. Awful service, will absolutely not be back.
Bought my snow blower a year ago from Lowe's. Had my son try to start it up 4 days before the big storm hit and nothing happened. Since I was out of town, I told him and my wife to have it looked at by the repair shop. A week later I was back home and the blower was ready for pickup. Asked what was wrong with it and the owner said it was the carborator. What? It's brand new practically..... Anyway, paid 176 and went on my way. Got home and again had my son start the blower with no success. Come to find out he was starting it wrong without the key pushed in all the way. I know deep down inside those guys started my snow blower with no issues what so ever and still charged me $176 for nothing. Do not take your equipment to these folks, total rip off.
BEWARE!!! DO NOT TAKE HERE FOR REPAIRS! My equip was dropped off and never fixed. Called many times over many months for update and they would never know if it was repaired or not....never got any of my calls returned either. After stopping in a few times, I finally picked up my item and they apparently lost some of the parts and refused to give me my deposit back due to the fact they hadn't finished the repair yet! What kind of scam is this place running! Owner claims it had been sitting around too long to keep an eye on all the parts to it! Owner is rude and doesn't care about customers. Don't leave your equipment here unless you want it back in worse shape and with parts missing!!!
Over priced for new equipt. Needed warrenty repair. Called me back AFTER work was done & said it was not under warrenty. I had all the docs to prove it was, and it WAS under warrenty! Once I called back and told them that they aggreed it was still under warrenty. When delivered, they just left it in the front yard. They picked it up in the back gated yard. Then I noticed the motor housing was cracked. It was not like that when they picked it up. They do not keep the mowers indoors so all the nuts and bolts got rusted. I spent over $1800 on this mower and kept it under cover. Mike the delivery guy was very understanding. On the other hand the owner Mitch needs to improve on his people skills if he wants his sales to continue to grow.
