I have two major complaints for Vivi’s nails. First, there was ALWAYS a wait even when I had an appointment and they were not once apologetic or accommodating for this inconvenience. A family member and I went together last time and I had to wait for her pedicure to be done before mine was started. Even worse though, at my last couple visits, I realized that I was having some white spots and discoloration appear on my toenails. I questioned the lady doing my pedicure and even asked Vivi about it and she said that it’s because I waited too long between appointments and because I was using cheap polish. Mind you, this is the polish they provide in their store. She advised me that I needed to come either every week or every two weeks until it got better. It has now been about two weeks since my last visit, and I’ve already had two toenails completely snap off from the base. This is obviously super uncomfortable and is something that has NEVER happened before in the many many years that I’ve been getting pedicures religiously. For such a poor quality service, you’d think that their prices would be cheaper but they’re not cheap at all in comparison to much higher quality salons.

Beware this place specalizes in giving people nail fungus ,worst place to get your nails done the owner Tina will scream at you and at her employees very ghetto but what do you expect if the owner is always screaming at people,dont waste your money there are plenty of other salons
I'm a local so I love that this shop is so conveniently located and has plenty of parking spaces. The salon is clean, prices are good, and the owners are friendly.
This is the worst place to get your nails done! It was my first time and the worse experience ever; I got a pedicure and that went well, however when I asked to get a full set they asked me to go to someone else one of the male's staff not sure of he's name and assured me that he was very good with doing nails, well that went down the hill because when he was done with my nails I complained and showed the owner my thick lumpy nails plus didn't even get the shape I asked for (cuffin nails) and told them if they thought it was wright for me to pay for this bad job he did and all they worried was that I paid! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Such a nasty place. Place was dirty, i should of known when i walked in there was a woman screaming about her nails. I sat down and got my nails done. The guy did a crappy job and put me under a fan and left. When i told the person in the front that my nails were not done correctly, she told me she would have someone fix it if i came back another day. I came back on my next day off and the same manager told me i need to pay to get them fixed. So BEWARE. DO not come here even if you save a buck or two. Thanks
My nails developed FUNGUS after a week. They blamed me because i did not get a full set ( i had 3 refills with them after the original set) because according to them the powder was old. They did not care that i was upset, did not offered any gratification, did not offered to take them out to check and insisted that i had to pay for the service. I left with my nails untouched. They lost a customer and i will be sure that i will let everybody know that they do not care for the customer and that they do not acknowledge their mistake.
