I have taken my car here for many years. The person in the front is always so helpful and friendly. They have always been accommodating to my schedule and help make sure to keep my car on the road for as long as possible. I highly recommend this place to anyone having any kind of problem. They will get it fixed right.

I took my car here for an oil change and they found a problem in my suspension. They got me a ride home and got my car fixed quickly. It was overall a great experience. Great communication/explanation, great value and parts I know I can trust. They are a great team.

My car had a flooded engine that I thought was far beyond repair. NE Autotek & the manager Jacob fixed my Toyota with efficiency and care! I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to this shop because they always deal with their customers great respect from using manners to wearing masks without having to be asked of, very professional of them!!!

My family has used N.E. Autotek since the shop opened in 2004, that's over 15 years of reliable auto care. Some of the many reasons why we like this business are that they wont sell you repairs that are not necessary, they guarantee there work and stand behind it with a 2 years or 24,000 miles unlimited parts & labor warranty. When I go there and see how they work together as a team to give us honest customer service. These days Its rare to find a family owned business that is run as professionally as any of the big corporations or dealerships. Thank you Jacob, Brandon & all the guys, we know that you are not going to always be able to please everyone all the time but so far me & my family's experience has been top notch, keep up the good work, you will have a customer for life!

These people are completely incompetent and don't communicate pricing on anything. I dropped my car off because I had a warning light and asked them to just see if they could tell me generally what was wrong. I was never told that would be a specific price and never called to be told that some in depth diagnostic test would be needed. I come to pick up my car and they decided that I owed them $140 for a test I never approved. They also couldn't fix the issue with my car after telling me what was wrong with a test I didn't approve. They also threatened me with not giving me my keys unless I paid for a charge I never approved.

Jacob and the guys up at NE Autotek have been taken care of me for over 10 years. In an industry of "up selling" needless upgrades or preemptive "fixes" to "ensure your vehicle is in tip top shape", Jacob and NE Autotek have been a mainstay in the Suwannee area. There is a reason he has been in business for so long, his crew's customer-centric culture is evident when you pull in. They understand that it is never a great situation when your car breaks down, it impacts your livelihood, your ability to take your kids to school, or parents to the Dr.'s appointments. They treat you with compassion and understanding. My car broke down late last night, I called the shop to leave a message and wasn't expecting Jacob to answer the phone. He gave me the Tower's info and said they would bill the shop and I could settle with him in the morning. He put my mind at ease and it was greatly appreciated. If you are tired of running around town and mechanics telling you they cant do the type of work that you need done to your car because they dont have the correct equipment then i recommend you go straight to NeAutotek every employee at this place is ASE Certified and knows exactly what they are doing ! The prices are in the upper middle range but i am a firm believer that you get what you pay for . They have a 12 month warranty on any of their work and always use Manufacturer specific parts so you can bet that the work on your car will always be professionally done !

My family has used this shop for 10 years and are always treated fairly and the mechanics are all ase certified, and very professional. Fuel pump cost $485 at NE Autotek? I got it brand new across the street on Autozone for $234! Read this experience that happened to me:

Please, don't take your car to this auto repair shop ever.! I took my Ford Explorer 2001 because I couldn't start it. They said that I had to pay $99 fee for diagnosis witch is find, fee that supposed to be avoided when the work is done. But they didn't!

They diagnosis test said that fuel pump wasn't working and they try to do other jobs related to it, but I only accepted to replace the fuel pump and fuel filter. After a big discussion ( I was amazed how he couldn't manage his anger), with a man that said he was the owner, he charged me $70 for diagnosis fee because I hadn't accepted to let them do the hold suggested repair. They argument that was a corporative policy. I asked to him to show me where was written on, he said: ' is not written, just I"m saying. This is my policy!' Finally I paid almost $350 to get the fuel pump and fuel filter replaced and the hard time to confront a person like him.

Definitely is not a 'friendly auto repair shop'. I won't return!, how he said...
