I go through the drive thru a few times a week and Angela is always the nicest sweetest kindest and hardworking girl! She is always smiling and so fabulous everytime I go through there! She needs to be training people to be just like her and give her a big fat raise!!! For a taco bell fanatic (me) lol this one is the best I've ever had!! Food is so hot and fresh and perfect just like I like it!! I give 5 stars for food and service! Yall ROCK!!!
I wanted to share my experience with you. My 13 year old daughter was so delighted to have purchased her brother a $25 gift card on Christmas Eve at the location on Lawrenceville - Suwanee Road in Suwanee, GA. We visited the store around 2pm. After heading straight home and preparing for Christmas we were looking for the gift card to put in a gift bag and realized she didn't have it. We looked on line to find a number or a way to report the card lost. The web has been updated and it's no longer easy to find. On 12/26/16 we stopped by the store to see if anyone turned it in and how to report it lost. The trainer working at the time told us to call the number on the back of the CFA Gift card in the store. We called that number twice and twice they had to transfer us to a customer care person. WE still had a hard time finding it. On the third call, we finally got someone who was able to help us. We had to contact the store to get a copy of the receipt. At 6:30am, the store manager emailed that to me. I printed the form (I thought it would have been a way to file it electronically) and mailed it in. I live within the metro and expected that you would have received it within two days or 12/29. Imagine my surprise to find out that on 1/3/17 someone had used some of the card and they left $9.15 on the card. We haven't seen the card since 12/24 and this is all the company is able to replace back on the card. This is truly the one time that I can say that I was so disappointed in Chick-fil-A. The best response I received is at least there was $9.15 on the card and that was salvageable. It's not a perfect system but it's the one we have in place. I held Chick-fil-A in high esteem with the likes of Publix, Disney and Nordstrom's until today. I was wrong for thinking that you would have something in place to show when I mailed the form in and when the charges took place. And, I guess I was wrong to expect receive a phone call instead of a Dear John Letter?

Any coupon and discount won't work in this store. Refund unavailable. When I try buy 1 get 1 free foot long, Crew applied but the price was for 2 foot long. So I asked to take out foot long price as shown in the coupon. But crew said he can't cuz it is already paid and he doesn't know how to do.
Very nice subway.. I visit that place when I stop at Walmart to shop.the staff is friendly and they give me extra veggies without any attitude.
Lousy service! Took about ten minutes to get a classic chicken sandwich and cinnamon melt. Might be better business if the associate at the ONE register open would take orders instead of refilling drinks!
