This company is TOP NOTCH in my book! As long as you are honest with them they will be honest with you and go above and beyond to help you. They will put you in a good vehicle and ensure you are taking care of. On top of being a great business they are family oriented which is huge in my opinion this will make long lasting relationships with customers!
Is it possible to leave negative stars? This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They’re nice in the beginning. After that all they care about is money. They are the epitome of loan sharks. Part of being a successful company is good customer service and understanding and working with their customers and this company severely lacks in that department. They’ll sell you faulty cars and refuse to repair it. I would not at all recommend using them.

Best repairman around. You can tell that Olja really loves cars. He repaired several things on my car very quickly and efficiently. When I drove away, I could feel my car running better. He educated me on what the problems were (previous mechanic had given me the wrong gas cap for my model car, my radiator had a leak, and my brake pads needed to be replaced). He is very honest and puts love into his work. Thank you so much. These guys just earned a lifetime customer.
Olja worked on my Mercedes E55 AMG. Did an overall checkup for rough idle, replaced engine and transmission mounts; Oil and Filter Change; Checked intake manifolds and exhaust for any leaks.Olja also did some extensive work on my Mercedes GL450: Replaced the central air suspension air pump and one air strut/bellow, replaced a CV joint, fixed a steering rack oil leak and loose nuts noises, replaced the battery with an original Bosh, etc. The repairs on the GL where less than 25% of the quoted cost from the dealer.Olja also worked on my VW GTI, replaced the valve cover gasket under an extended warranty. His wife, Sandra is wonderful and very pleasant to work with. She handled all the warranty paperwork and even took my car to the dealer for some extended warranty work covered by VW.On one repair, they were able to provide me with a loaner car and that was nice to have in a pinch. On other occasions, they were able to drop off the cars at my own home when done.HAPPY customer :-)
Nice people, however 3 oil leaks, one radiator and $1500 in repairs in the first 3 months on the Honda Civic that we purchased left us extremely disappointed and frustrated. We thought we were getting a good deal.
The husband and wife duo run a business focused on providing outstanding service levels at reasonable rates. As a prior Lexus owner, I've always regarded Lexus’ service as being top rate. International Auto House has surpassed the service levels that I received from Lexus in the past. In addition, they have much more reasonable rates! This is the only place where I will take my Mercedes ML 320 and BMW 528 to get serviced.
I bought a car from this business in early march. I was promised that my tag would be taken care of in a timely manner and I was given a 45 day temporary tag. About three weeks before the temporary tag was due to expire, I called and politely asked about when my tag would be available. I was directed to call the tag office which I did. The paperwork had not been filed. I was fine with it because I still had some time left. When I had a week left on my temporary tag, I called their offices at least four times to get some answers because the tag office still hadn't received the paperwork that they needed. I called again and a man answered the phone. I proceeded to tell him what was going on and he raised his voice at me and gave me the biggest attitude as if there was plenty of time left for me to get my tag (even though the paperwork hadn't been filed yet!). Being a mom to a newborn, I just can't drop everything because the dealership has dragged their feet and my husband works when the tag office is open. I love my car, but I don't love this man or is attitude toward paying customers. The owner's wife did stop him, took the phone away, and tried to defuse the situation. But, this man shouldn't have acted the way he did. It is completely unacceptable to talk to any human being the way he talked to me. I will not be doing business with this company anymore and I will advise everyone I know to beware of their customer service. I just pray that I get my tag and title before the temporary tag expires.
Terrible experience with this dealership. They sold me a car without having any valid emissions on the vehicle. The chsck engine light came on after about 40 days & I've had nothing but problems since then. When I took it back to them to have them "fix" the issues....they had my car for over a month & when I got it back...they couldn't explain to me what was fixed to get the check engine light off. Then after only 2 days, check engine light came back on & I'm not having to spend around $3,000 to fix a bad heater core, bad catalytic converter and multiple electrical issues causing the vehicle not to lock properly. This dealership is complete CRAP. They will rip you off!!!!!!!
I bought a really nice Acura in excellent condition. The salesperson and the owner were very nice to deal with. They have a lot of nice inventory with low prices. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.
