We first took our TV in for a repair as directed by Samsung. It should have been a simple part replacement. However, it took a month. I could have replaced the power supply in probably 15 minutes, but it took a month to fix it. On top of that,I received no contact from them during that month. I tried contacting them to get updates, but most of the time, they didn't somehow didn't know the status. Once it was finally fixed after a month, I took it home. It broke again after about a month. On their invoices they state that they have a 90 day warranty on all labor and parts. Well, they wouldn't honor that here. They said they would offer to waive the labor but charge for the part (~$70). That was unacceptable. I contacted samsung and they would not cover it either. I contact the BBB for both samsung and tanstel. After that, smasung finally offered to pay for the part, but now tanstel rescinded their offer to waive the labor, and would now charge $85 for the labor. Somehow, it's not more expensive now that I got samsung to pay for the part, even though their invoice offers a 90 day warranty on all parts and labor (yeah, right). They are polite, but they are not a well run business. They do not honor their warranty, and I would never take my business here again.

1. After contacting the retail company where fridge was purchased, it took Tanstel 3 days to send a servicer rep. Reason? Retailer can't get anyone to answer the phone.2. Service repair arrives only to state he can't fix. Appears to be a compressor. A different rep does that work.3. 3 more days (no answer/no return calls) service rep shows up only to say, "Yep, it is a compressor, will have to order part." He leaves.4. 4 more days the part arrives. In checking, local parts supplier carries these in stock.5. Rep replaces compressor. Noticing no cold air, I inform him it is not cooling. He states "It takes 2 hours". I stated there should be immediate cool air. No comment & leaves. A day later, the temp inside the fridge is barely cool, freezer is warmer.6. Warranty co. agrees to reimbursement but can't process until Tanstel verifies repairs were attempted. 5 more days. Why? They can't reach them.Total time? 15 days and counting.Review of Tanstel? Seriously?
Don't waste your time or money! They don't show up for scheduled appointments! Worst customer service
Tanstel was chosen by my warranty company to fix my Samsung plasma BEFORE Thanksgiving. They came out and said that they needed to order a different panel. We had to wait another week or so. That panel wouldn't work either. Before Christmas, my TV was picked up and taken into the shop to be looked at in more detail. Prior to this, it took them several days to get around to even picking it up. We were told initially that it was going to be that night. It wasn't until a few days later.During December, I had zero communication on their part. I had to keep calling in to check on the status of my TV. I was repeatedly told that parts had been ordered on the 17th. The parts were not actually ordered until December 28th. Once they came in, my TV was ruled as needing to just be replaced. The warranty company contacted me and said that I needed to get the TV to the store and trade it out. Now, I can't get Tanstel to bring my TV back. I have called repeatedly for FOUR WEEKS to make it happen. I have been told for the past three that they will bring it that week. No communication yet again. This week, I was told that they can't get it to me until next week. I'm not holding my breath at this point. I'll pick the thing up instead of dealing with a company that puts more effort into lying to me than doing what they were hired to do.
