Worst customer service ever! Was given a 2 hour window, on 2 different days. Today took the day off. Obviously they were a no show again today. Was told by the manager ovens are more important than your dryer! If I owned the company, I would put the manager and the customer service team through some classes to learn how to run a business. Wouldn't and won't recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Appliance came to my home 3 times to fix my Bosch dishwasher. On the third visit, at a cost of over $500 they replace several parts and indicated that all was well. About a week later the Dishwasher was leaking again and no longer working. I called them 3 times with either no response or I was told someone would call back and finally they simply refused to return and make the repair at all.

this is one of the worst companies to deal with their customer service is awful i have been without my double wall oven since january, its april now, they never ever return your calls. Stay clear of this company, they will not be in business long i hope

RUDEST repair person I have ever had, I ordered a stove from Lowes who subcontract out to Mr. Appliance the three men arrived right away one of the men said we are not taking this today? oh yes you are I paid to have it removed! well you stove is damages at Lowes and I do not get paid enough to deliver to the 3rd fl? my boss is discussing this with lowes now. I said well give me the phone and I will talk, he refused to and walked out the door and left! I have no stove and 2 young children with nothing to cook on I hope you are happy... KARMA! I have to give a rating that is the only reason they are getting one star




Mr. Appliance would make a terrific husband, if you want someone unreliable who won't follow through with the repairs. Four business days after they visited they still haven't ordered parts. American Home Shield Warranty sent them to me, and I requested a different company.

I have been waiting 4 weeks now for a dishwasher repair. Each and every time I've called over the past 4 weeks, the receptionist tells me it's shipped from the factory but they haven't gotten it yet. No one is interested in tracking the shipment or apparently making the repair. Yet they have my money. I will NEVER use them again. I've never been treated so poorly by a repair company. The receptionist is useless and her boss - the owner is never in the office. Avoid this company!!!!!

After calling around to several appliance service companies I found Mr. Appliance. Customer service was great, technician was great, a little on the higher side as far as cost best part was the same day service- Reason I went with Mr. Appliance. Other companies were 3-5 days out or 1-2 WEEKS out!. Would call again, wish pricing was a little lower.

I lived in the same house for 30 yrs. and over those years have had many, many repairs by numerous companies. Never have I had such a wonderful and pleasant experience as I did with Mr. Appliance. From the person who answers the phone to John, the tech who came to my home, they couldn't be more polite, understanding, completely honest and fair with their pricing, efficient and knowledgeable. I can't say enough about them. They make you feel like family. I can honestly say that I highly recommend them. John, the tech who came to my home far exceeded any other companies tech I have EVER had. I am so thrilled to have found this company and will never use any one else. Great Service!! Mr. Appliance was the first service orientated business that greats there customers "its a great day at Mr. Appliance" I have never heard that. From the phone all the way to the booty's to the door mats. Thanks for the great experienced, and OH! by the way thanks for fixing my fridge.
