I must say that they go beyond normal service. Every staff member has always assisted me with every aspect of my car. I had a 10yr old car which they HELP me repair & they have pymt plan which is a plus for a widow like myself. I actually bought a car from them in 2012 (lacrosse 2010). I have been extremely pleased with it till this day as well as their continued services.
while i was at frankin sussex hyundai, it was easily the best, and most comfortable car buying experience that i had ever had. Bob my salesmen was extremely nice, he answered every question i had.
KEEP ON DRIVINGFOR CAR REPAIR AND SERVICE DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND DRIVE YOUR HYUNDAI RIGHT PAST THIS DEALER. IT'S NOT PRIMARILY ABOUT THE COST. INACCURATE AND MISSED PROBLEM FIXES. UNNECCESARY WORK RECOMMENDED. MULTIPLE VISITS REQUIRED TO FIX THE SAME PROBLEM. SERVICE MANAGER WILL GIVE DIFFERENT EXPLANATIONS FROM WEEK TO WEEK. JUST NOT WORTH THE GRIEF UNLESS YOU ARE RETIRED AND HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO WITH YOUR TIME.P.S. THEY HAVE EARNED A "F" RATING FROM THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
