Cobblestone Auto Spa

I took my truck to get detailed on December 26th. I waited inside watching tv took a little over an hr. When I went to get in my truck two guys stood there smiling handing my keys. Behind them on the rear driver side wheel flare was a huge scratch with white paint powder still able to be brushed off. I went to the manager and he at first appeared to be nice. We walked around to try to figure out what they could have hit. He then concluded that he could not find out what the white paint could have come from. I said well it's fresh and if it was there when I came in the wash would have washed the powder off. He ask who handed me the keys and suddenly I was unable to locate the two men working on my truck. I then ask if he could review cameras. We went to his office and he reviewed the different cameras (which were horribly placed) for all of five min. Finally he said he would order touch up paint and have cobblestone repair it. I waited almost two weeks for him to call as he said he would. I then tried to call and a girl said he was not there and would leave him a note. Three days later nothing. So I went down there he said he remembered me and with my husband there suddenly he was able to get then touch up paint in over night. I left my truck with them to fix and the below second picture was the best they could do. I could have done better myself. Do not go here!

Poor does not even come close to the service at this facility. I used to run washes for 8 years, and have managed over 25 in service related industries.

Today went and spent almost $200.00 on 2 different vehicles for synthetic oil changes and washes...



First vehicle was a work truck...no big deal, right...sales pitch for 10 minutes in the oil bays...okay again no big deal I guess...paid and left...bed of truck was not washed out and rock/dirt still on back bumper...



Second vehicle was $20.00 higher than the history on the machine stated...oh we charged you for a handwash...yes and the last time you didn't.



This company did try and sell me a seat shampoo scratched out for a leather interior on the previous visit as well and when I "caught" after paying I was told by manager, I am not sure why he would sell that....HE TRIED TO PAD HIS COMMISSION...THATS WHY...he is still employed and was selling detail today...



Anyway after second "charged" handwash was done....back was not vacummed and the side by drivers seat was soaked...and the bottom of vehicle wasn't even washed off...



REALLY, SAVE YOUR MONEY...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...NEW ONE IS SUPPOSED TO BE GOING IN AT BELL AND 114TH AREA...CANNOT WAIT, WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS ONE FOR EVEN A SODA/GAS OR ANYTHING ELSE...PATHETIC SERVICE REPEATEDLY.

I was here earlier today around noon. Had my car washed inside and out. I decided to leave my McDonalds breakfast bag sitting on the passenger seat. I sat outside by those cushion seats and watched those men clean the cars. After 20 minutes, the Hispanic guy announce that my car is done. I saw a wallet on my car seat and returned it to the crew. Noticed later as I was heading home that my McDonald bag is gone. Looked everywhere in my car and nowhere to be found. I called the manager named Tyler and relayed to him the scenario. He sounded sarcastic and even told me that he will buy me a new McDonalds. I simply reiterate to him that its not all about the food its simply re-orienting his crews. As far as I know, a person has no right to touch someone's personal belongings and decide on what to do with it if found. He decided to throw my food without my consent. Maybe for some of you here reading this is laughing. I live pay check to paycheck and I am a single mother and rarely treat my kids to any restaurant or even McDonald's. Very upset and will.never ever go back here.

Love the wash, fast friendly and really nice atmosphere..

I was told I needed to have a chip repaired in my windsheild. I was alone with my young son. When we called my insurance company to get clearance, they said they required an inspection first. When I told the employees at the Cobblestone Auto Spa of Suprise this, they tried to tell me "Oh, don't worry about doing the inspection, it isn't that big of a chip." Well, come to find out (because of the inspection) the "chip" they were telling me needed to be repaired, HAD ALREADY BEEN FILLED. So yes, they were trying to scam my insurance company (and me). Then to top things off, I called to discuss this calmly with the manager. I always try to give people a chance to make it right (especially before going off and badmouth them with reviews on the internet), but GUESS WHAT...I never got a call back, after many attempts. So there ya go...if you have to go, just beware. They do a good job on cleaning and detailing, but check your receipts too, because they try to throw extra charges in at the last minute. Just beware, they are slimy.
