        Tried to get my dog in for an appointment for several days with no luck. Told them she was in pain and was told no appointment until OCT 13. Will not take my dog to them or shop in their stores. Very disappointed thought they cared for animals buy money comes first to them

        Almost 2 years after the previous review and it would I would rate it the same... They were more concerned with selling us a monthly plan than actually taking care of our dog. No thank you. I should have read the review before we went there.
