Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Should have reviewed YELP before choosing them.I was injured at work and had to move and have surgery all in a matter of 3 weeks. I called D and D and spoke to Austin on 4/27 explaining that a mechanic had said my vehicle had a bad alternator. I had it towed to d and d on 4/28 (as I have a broken spine and can't drive currently).5/2 I called to get an update as I hadn't heard anything and was told they had no information about the vehicle, they had gotten my keys from the tow truck and that's it. Again I explained what was wrong and told them I had surgery in 3 days.Numerous times I'd call and get hung up on. They stated they had poor connection or broken phones. On 5/13 or 5/14 I called and spoke to Austin who said the only repair was a battery. I explained that the battery had been replaced before, and that it always died out within 2-3 weeks. He said they would check it. I called multiple times ( I was in a rehab) and got ahold of Austin again who said it was only the battery, that they'd driven it around the lot and couldn't find anything else wrong with it. I advised the AC also didn't work, and he said they would look at it again.After finishing moving and getting out of a rehab, I called 6/3 after driving by and seeing my vehicle on the street in front of their business. I called and spoke with Austin who said he would have the manager call me, as he's no longer in charge of my vehicle.After calling numerous times every day I got a hold of the manager today 6/17 who stated he was "done playing games" called me the B word, C word, and everything in between. Stated he doesn't have my keys.Drove by and looked at the vehicle, which is now gutted, and used for parts. After calling and speaking with the manager again, he stated he knows nothing about my vehicle as there was never a work order signed. He also stated I owe them $800. The keys aren't in the vehicle, and it is trashed.
Everyone i met at this location really seemed like they wanted to help me. Walked in with one goal intended and because of them i was able able to ride out of there on a awesome 2014 Zx6r! I absolutely love this bike and would highly recommend going there if your looking to get you a new toy!
The selection was great, the people were great and the time we were there was minimal to purchase our new car! We were in and out with in a couple of hour's!
I had an oil change done over the weekend and asked them to check on a concern that I had with my engine. Since I was the one who brought up the concern, they easily (and most places would have, especially being a single woman at a repair shop) could have said, yes you're right. ANd I would have done it and paid the $700 bill for it.Instead, the manager had them check and the mechanic and the manager explained to me that there was nothing wrong and that my car engine is doing great and appears very well maintained.I was super impressed by such honesty. I've already referred several friends here and will continue to do so. Honest, friendly, great customer service, and good work. I was also relieved to see older, experienced mechanics were all that worked there. Not 19 year old grease n go kind of types. They are great!!!
As a rider since 1977, I have seen it, heard it, done it and watched the evolution of motorcycling in Arizona. I grew up at 75th Ave. & Bell Rd., when the roads were dirt and the land was filled with orange groves.When RideNow PS came into the valley, they came in like a Wal-Mart of riding. Some of their staff lacked the support and resources to be as efficient and productive as the community needed them to be. Some of the staff were downright asses, and that unfortunately gave RideNow a big black eye.Recently my husband and I wanted to buy the new Yamaha FJ-09's. ABS, traction control, adjustable everything, comfortable upright position without losing the feel of a sport bike. Being that the model was so new, we had no other option than to go to RideNow and suck it up.Not only was the salesman, Stephen Brown (in the Surprise store) very informative, but he kept in touch with us via texting and phone as we had questions surface. They only had one of the bikes we wanted, and I sure wasn't going to give mine up, so they found another one in red for the hubby. We countered their asking price and they accepted.From the moment we came in to make the purchases, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and offered the best service. We dealt with Stephen, the salesman, spent all the time we wanted and needed with the sales manager Chip, and had an opportunity to sit and talk with the head of the service department. He was able to address any questions we had. We walked out of the dealership and knew we had acquired exactly what we wanted at the price we were comfortable with. We also had found new riding friends.I also own a rider training school in Arizona called RideSmart Motorcycle Training, Inc. We have no affiliation with any dealership and choose to keep it that way. It's up to the consumer to pick what is right for them. We don't care what you ride, it's that you ride. With the experience that we had at RideNow, I feel really comfortable recommending my students to their store. I can't say that the previous reputation would have led me to do that, but I now have seen first-hand, they have good people working there.I'm not paid or get anything for writing this. Go there, decide for yourself. Make your own opinion. One of my personal favorites for gear is still the Helmet Center. But for a bike, RideNow Surprise has a couple of new fans. Awesome place, I went in to have my latch on my hood repaired. I left the Avalanche and within an hour they called back and the latch was repaired no charge. Can you believe that "No Charge." I will definitely return if I have any other car or truck issues. Honest group of guys.Thanks
LOVE these guys! They did quality job that five other mechanics wanted 3600-5000. This shop charged me less than half of the total. We essentially had to replace half the engine. Trustworthy and understand that our vehicles are our lifeline to our lives. Very professional, treated my car and myself like family. Screw the other guys, Surprise Auto is my new mechanical home!
