I have never been treated so horribly by any company ever. Typically you feel you can expect outstanding service by supporting local businesses. The owner was extremely rude twice with no provoke. Once he simply answered the phone and barked at me without having a clue that I had already spoken to someone else who was working on my job. I then went to pick up my job (submitted Monday) which was 3 days after they stated it would be completed and some of the print had been significantly distorted. I politely pointed out the quality issues(I assumed they just didn't see it) and he got extremely offended and took the order from my hands and stated he would give me a refund although didn't want my business. Because of their delay I was out of options and had to practically beg for my order back and use what I could and refund my customer the unusable portion. I seriously felt like I was in the twilight zone leaving there. I actually had heard good things about them from another customer of mine and had been referring so much business to them. I am a designer and there were certain print jobs which I was not capable of doing. I am mortified to even refer business to these guys. I don't understand why the owner, Tim, opened a business to service the public when he doesn't like dealing with people. I wish I could say that it's his problem and it didn't bother me but it did. I am a business owner myself and deal with customers all day every day and wouldn't dream of treating anyone this way for ANY reason. I've never written a negative review but this is well deserved.
