I took in my notebook because it wouldn't charge anymore. I was told that a new piece for my charger had been ordered and would be in within 3 to 5 business days. A week later when I called the guy told me that the wrong part came in so he was waiting on the correct part. I called a week later and he said that he was still waiting for the part and it should be in within a day or two. A week later I called and was told that the part was on backorder. I was upset that nobody had called me to let me know anything and whenever I called the prior two weeks I was told that the part was on the way. I had lost 3 weeks of work by then. I told the guy that I was going to be in to pick up my notebook and he put me on hold. When he returned, he informed me that my notebook had to be put back together and there would be a charge. There was no reason for my notebook to be taken apart when the problem was my charger! I obviously tripped him up because he thought that he was talking to someone who was stupid and he could fool. Once he realized that I knew what I was talking about he said that I could pick up my notebook free of charge. I am thankful for the no charge because I had to pay someone else to fix whatever Everything Computers did when they took apart my notebook for no reason!

I came in to get my PC fixed and I was very satisfied with the service by Patrick storey and I definitely will recommend to my friends and co workers to go and get there TV. and their PC what ever else needs fixing go there .. Thank u so much Patrick .. :)
