I am disabled I have a hard time getting in and out of my vehicle. I went to buy a tv set had a hard time finding someone to help I finally did and she said that she didn't work in that department so I asked her if she could get someone who did she says i don't know who is working today and she walked away so I tried to find someone and I couldn't so I left and went to a smaller store in mn and bought a 1,200 dollar tv and that's what I was going to spend at walmart this is second time something bad happened. The bad part is that they don't care about any of this l did try to call and I was put on hold and then the phone hung up tried calling back and got a busy signal I do all my grocery shopping there plus monthly supplies but I'm not going back until someone says there sorry they have my number This happened at walmart in superior Wisconsin
I've very rarely had a good encounter in any Walmart, most of the time trips to Walmart are just not memorable. However this one, I've had an exceptionally large number of bad encounters in. Everything from argumentative cashiers to snotty people in the dressing rooms. Management is what makes this difference, and from what I've seen, it's no wonder that this Walmart is always hiring, to the point that they even hire cashiers under 18, which is something I never saw at any Walmart in Kansas City.
i happen to be at superior Wisconsin Walmart and im a couponer, there for they give me no respect! the lady couldn't match my coupon so she calls the "manager" over and i began to tell her about the coupon and she cuts me off and tells me they can not honer the coupon! why would you advertise that you take competitors coupons if you reaaly dont?!?! then a few days later i go back and the cashier tells me that my overage can not be honored due to her "manager" telling them they can not accept the coupon amount!! i just read on walmart polices and it states, "If coupon value exceeds the price of the item, the excess may be given to the customer as cash or applied toward the basket purchase."
