All ways a wonderful experience love my hair dresser friendly from the front door all the ladies are great

I got my hair done by a great stylist, Katie, but I can never return, and am letting everyone know of my experience. I received a gift card, never used it, no way someone else could've used it, and was told that it was already used by me in may where I supposedly saw the same stylist. I had never received services except for a massage, which I used a different gift card. They say I filled out a color card at this so called previous appointment, but I had just filled this card out on September 22nd. They said I could come in for a meeting which I'm debating because obviously somebody forged something. It is obvious that there is sombody on the inside that is dishononest. My services came to 100 dollars, my gift card from my husband was 145, so amost 250 dollars for my cut and color. My family and I wI'll never return, they dont treat customers with gift cards well. Customer is not always right as they should be.
