Do not go here in an emergency

Our 15 yr old cocker was struck by a car this past Sunday. She had catastrophic injuries. We immediately called Banfield where we had been patients for 7 years. We have spent thousands here as parents of 3 dogs. Unfortunately, this did not matter as we were told to take our critically injured dog ""some place else"" because they we TOO busy to help us. Fortunately, we found an emergency vet hospital that took care of us immediately. We received the kindest, most compassionate care from this staff as we made the decision to allow our beloved pet to be given her final nap.
Banfield seems to be a ""mill' for new vets. We NEVER saw the same vet twice. It also has a very high ancillary staff turn-over, not the best for consistency of care. They nickel & dime you to death. I am surprised they don""t charge for the air you are breathing while sitting in their waiting room. We will NEVER be going back and have requested that all of our pets records be transferred to our new provider.

great customer service

i can't speak on other people's behalf but everytime i go in i deal with the male receptionist micheal and for nurses my favorites are micheal, jennifer, carly, or calib and have always had excellant helpful service. dr. reesor is great with my 3 cats, and dr. mike & dr. tooley usually see my dogs and i have never had a problem with them. theres sometimes a wait but they are open 7 days a week and you dont need an apt. for than conveniounce when i need it im willing to wait a little bit. plus its a pet hospital and i have never gone to a hospital without having to wait. my favorite part are the dropoffs. i have a plan with them so i pay monthly which helps with most my pets, plus i just drop them off and pick them up when there done, they dont even charge me for the pet sitting. My pets that are not on a plan go to their clinic where there are free office visits. all in all i would def recomend them... way better than my last vet, it used to cost me 50 everytime i wanted to talk to him and now with my plan its free.

Not a nice place

Not friendly or honest. I called and was told to bring my cats in. When I got there the receptionist told me the vet wasn't seeing walkins. She was very snide and seem to take pleasure in my delima and sick cats. I will never go there again.
