While I understand there is a learning curve when a store brings on something new, the manager of the deli at this location seemed inept and incredibly rude to her customers. I have been ordering a great number of platters and deli items for years from Walmart and was so excited to be having one open so very close to my home. I quickly discovered it was worth the drive to take my business elsewhere. The Deli manager seemed disinterested in the customers waiting. Openly told her employees to fill a popcorn chicken cup for one customer only 2/3 full and tell her not to give away the farm. What she doesn't understand is that when you treat your customers with respect and give them good service and product, they will come back again and again and again; Thus making your business a success. Instead, she guaranteed that I, a customers who is responsible for many big orders year round for various groups and events, will never return to give this location business again. This is actually a big loss as I spend thousands in the deli alone each year. I hope, for the success of this location, that the employees greatly improve their courtesy and customer service as they continue forward. Most of all, I would sincerely reconsider whom I have representing the Deli as manager. Good Business is built on good (and friendly) customer service.
They show me kindness that CVS and Walgreen don't have! They take time to explain to me what my medicine is for and give me a very good advance on how my medicine interact each other. I took 6 different medication at a time, and now I know exactly what it does to me. Thanks USav!
