        I called for service only for my tankess water heater. Instead I got no service but an aggressive sales pitch to buy a new one from West End Plumbing at an enormous mark up price. Technician would not even look or diagnose my current water heater (which only need a new power supply to work). He instead kept consulting with his boss about price negotiation for a new one. If you're looking for service, I recommend look elsewhere. If you're looking for a salesperson who claims to be a technician and practices price gauging then call West End Plumbing.

        I have used this company a couple times before, and always have a good experience. This time I had them out to replace my garbage disposal. The guy who was out was very nice & did a great job. The pricing was reasonable & they even accepted a coupon I had saved from ages ago!. The girl in the office (Randy I think) was also very sweet. I will definitely continue to use them. Keep up the good work guys!

        I called this company last week and I have a great experience with them that nowadays is not easy to find a company being on time and gave the same price we discussed over the phone. I would highly recommend it to my family and firends.
