They have a great selection. The price was better than any on-line or local stores for the same product. The Technician Fabian who installed the light did an amazing job. He tested every speed and direction and was polite and a pleasure to have in our home. A great store with superb service & prices. Looking foward to doing more business.

My wife and I are redoing our house. One of the things we were excited to change were all the lights. Someone told us that they got some great lights at this store in Sunrise called The Lighting Outlet. The selection was incredible! I hate buying lights from a book, this place was packed with great inventory. My salesman Carlo was very helpful and even came to my house to install everything I purchased. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a great selection of different styles of lights.

This store has a large and varied inventory. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in advising me what to look for in terms of my specific needs. I appreciated the guidance, courtesy and professionalism of the staff.

This store is the best in the industry, if they do not have what you need in stock they will find it for you, I was replacing several fixtures in my home and the sales help could not do enough

for me . Way better then going to a store that has no experience or knowledge in what they sell , I went to several lighting stores and tried to find lighting on the internet but after visiting this store found this store the most helpful in making decisions for my needs. After all the help that I received from the sales staff I cannot imagine making a purchase for lighting or fixtures on line or anywhere else.

This place is dump right as you walk through the door. Dusty and cluttered and prices are no deal. Careful about phoning ahead. I was told they had one thing and when I got there they didnt have it and whats more the man in charge didnt care that he had just wasted my time. This shop can be easily skipped without regret.

DO NOT purchase anything from this store! Horrible, horrible customer service. Placed an order and said it would take a week. Never heard from them so I called a month later and it took 3 days for someone to tell me that the order was just shipped and would be another week. The person answering the phone doesn't even let you talk - they just put you on hold. Every time I call I get a different person and no one gives me a straight answer. You are better off going to Home Depot or Lowes for lighting fixtures - the prices are 3 times what they should be.

This was the 3rd lighting store I went to. It much better then all the rest by far.

They have the worst customer service ever! I bought 6 ceiling fans, and replaced every lighting fixture in my entire home with them. You would think that they would give great customer service to someone who spent thousands of dollars with them. I had a problem with one of the fans and I tried for almost two years to have them take care of it. They kept promising and would say that they would come out next Thursday...next Friday...next Tuesday.....just call them the day of to remind them. What kind of business is that? They gave me no other alternative, so I kept calling and kept getting excuses on why they had to reschedule. Don't buy anything from them unless you are an electrician and you can do everything yourself and don't mind dealing with manufacturers yourself!! Stay away!!!!
